Who handles your information
Steve Plummer is responsible for personal information received through enquiries to Proper Plum Studio. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@properplumstudio.co.uk.
Enquiries by email
The form prepares an email draft on your device. It does not submit your form entries to a website database or a form-processing service. You choose whether to send the draft from your email application. Your email provider may save drafts according to its settings.
If you send an enquiry, Steve receives your name, email address, optional telephone number, selected artwork and message. This information is used to reply, discuss artwork or commissions, and manage any resulting order. Providing a telephone number is optional.
Why information is used
Information needed to discuss a potential purchase or commission is used to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and to fulfil any resulting contract. Other correspondence is handled for the legitimate interest of responding to enquiries and running the studio. Records may also be retained where required by law.
Service providers and access
Email is handled through IONOS and the sender’s chosen email service. RomanTech manages the website and technical support on Steve’s behalf and may access information where necessary for that support. These services process information under their own applicable arrangements, which may involve international processing. Information is not sold or used to add you to a marketing list.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, manage any resulting work, and deal with relevant follow-up or disputes. Order and accounting records may need to be kept longer to meet legal obligations. Retention is reviewed and information no longer needed is deleted.
Website visits
No analytics, advertising trackers or social-media embeds have been added to this website. The hosting and security providers may process technical information, including IP addresses, request details and security cookies, to deliver and protect the website. This notice will be reviewed if the website’s features change.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to its use. Contact Steve using the email address above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
