I'm Steve.
Artist, daydreamer, lover of colourful buildings and the little details that make them special.
From my little garden studioto your walls.
I'm Steve Plummer, the artist behind Proper Plum Studio. I studied art at college in Oxford many years ago, and after life took me in a different direction, I decided to return to something I'd always loved: painting.
I transformed my garden shed into my own little art studio. It's become my creative haven. It's where I spend my days doing what I enjoy most: painting and exploring ways of bringing my ideas to life.
My artwork is quirky, colourful, architectural and full of personality. Whether it's a much-loved family home, an independent shop or a distinctive local landmark, I love capturing the details that make each place special.
Painting is a way of expressing my creativity, reconnecting with a lifelong passion and, most importantly, bringing a little colour and happiness into people's lives.
